What are the booking rules in GT Events?

Summer Semester: Beginning at 8 a.m. on the first Monday in April of each year
Fall Semester: Beginning at 8 a.m. on the first Monday in August of each year
Spring Semester: Beginning at 8 a.m. on the first Monday in December of each year

GT Departments and Colleges:
A request must be submitted through GT Events 48 hours prior to the event start date. A maximum of 100 bookings per reservation will be allowed.

Registered Student Organizations, Students (Not part of an RSO):
A request must be submitted through GT Events 72 hours prior to the event start date. A maximum of 40 bookings per reservation will be allowed. "
